If you would like to change the address of your company in Thailand, there is a formalism to respect and several formalities to accomplish. It will depend on the change within the province or to another province.

Changing within the province

Changing the company’s address within the province is the simple decision of the management. All you need to have is the documents for the registrations, but you don’t need any decision from the shareholder or do any advertisement in a newspaper.

The document required for the registration are:

  • Copy of Affidavit (DBD certificate)
  • Copy of the Tax ID of the company
  • Copy of Director ID card or passport
  • Copy of VAT certificate (PP20)
  • Copy of rental agreement
  • Copy of Tabien Baan (household certificate)
  • Copy of the land certificate of the address you move in.
  • Copy of the certificate show the owner of the land and the document number in front and back page
  • Copy of the letter of consent of the owner to the company
  • Copy of the owner ID
  • Copy of the map showing the location of business
  • Pictures of the office with the number of the office and company signboard
  • Registration forms

Changing to another province

If you change your address for another province, you need to respect more steps:

  • Shareholder meeting arrangement (about the change of address)
  • Advertisement in the local newspaper (about change of address – 15 days before)

You will have to keep the proof of those 2 steps for the registrations, as well as the other documents.
